How do I set up my Game Ready system for the first time?
Connect your wrap to the control unit using the connector hose, add ice and water per the instructions for use, and power on. Full setup steps are in your Quick Start Guide and How-To Videos above.
Which wrap do I need for my injury or recovery area?
Wraps are designed for specific parts of the body — shoulder, knee, back, and more. See the How-To Videos above or visit our Wraps page to find the right fit.
How do I clean my wrap and control unit?
Wipe the wrap’s exterior and the control unit with a damp cloth after each use. Do not submerge either in water.
How long does a single session last?
Follow the instructions for use included with your system for recommended session length and frequency.
Can I use the same wrap with either GRPro 2.1, Med4 Elite, or my OTC control unit?
Each device has its own designated and indicated wraps. Check your specific control unit’s documentation or the wrap’s packaging to confirm which wraps are indicated for your device before use.
My control unit won't power on — what should I check first?
Confirm the unit is charged or plugged in, and that the connector hose is fully seated at both ends. If it still won’t power on, contact Product/Technical support below.
How do I register my product for warranty coverage?
Use the Product Registration form above at the time of purchase. USA purchases only — for purchases outside the USA, contact your local distributor.
What does the warranty cover?
Game Ready control units and the dual-action heat exchangers of all wraps are covered by a limited one-year warranty. See Product Registration above for full terms.
Do I need a prescription to purchase wraps or accessories separately?
No. Wraps and accessories for the OTC Game Ready system are available without a prescription. GRPro 2.1 control units require a prescription.

How do I connect the wrap to the control unit?
Use the connector hose supplied with your system, securing it firmly at both the wrap and the control unit. See your wrap’s How-To Video above for the exact steps.
What if my wrap doesn't fit properly?
Check the sizing and application steps in your wrap’s How-To Video above. A Wrap Extender is available if you need additional coverage or a better fit.
Can I use Game Ready with heat therapy?
The OTC Game Ready system delivers cold therapy and compression only. Heat therapy is not part of this system.
What's included when I order?
Every order includes the control unit, connector hose, carry bag, and full instructions for use. Wraps are sold separately.
